What are the minimum order quantities and price breaks?
Standard MOQ starts at 48 pieces for most logo beach towels; some quick-ship in-stock styles go as low as 24. Tiered price breaks typically hit at 72, 144, 300, and 600+ units. Mix & match imprint colors within a style after MOQ; additional colorways may carry small setup fees. Ask for a custom quote if you’re kitting multiple SKUs to reach better volume pricing.
How fast can you produce and ship? Do you offer rush service?
Most embroidered or printed promotional beach towels ship in 7–10 business days after proof approval. Need them sooner? Rush production is available on select in-stock Turkish towels in as fast as 4 business days; expedited shipping options (2-Day / Overnight) can be quoted. Tell us your in-hands date and event location and we’ll back-schedule each step.
What imprint / decoration methods do you offer?
Choose the finish that fits your artwork and budget: classic embroidery, full-color dye-sublimation panels, screen print, edge-to-edge jacquard weave (woven logo into the towel), or woven labels/patches for subtle branding. Not sure which delivers the best look in bulk? Upload your art and our decorators will recommend the most durable method for pool, beach, or retail resale environments.
Can I mix towel colors or styles in one order?
Yes—most programs allow assorted colors within the same item as long as the imprint stays the same. Mixing different towel styles (e.g., peshtemal + cabana stripe) is fine; each style counts toward its own MOQ. We’ll combine shipments when possible to cut freight. Ask about “assort packs” for event gifting.
What artwork files do you need, and will I see a proof?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are preferred; high-rez (300 dpi) transparent .PNG works for sublimation. After order submission you’ll receive a digital proof (and, on request, a stitched or print strike) showing size, colors, and placement. Production begins only after you approve.
Are your towels sustainable?
Our core Turkish towel lines use long-staple cotton and are produced in OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified mills, meaning fabrics are tested for harmful substances. We also run an ocean giveback program—5% of profits support marine conservation partners. Ask for recycled-content or GRS options when eco credentials are required for your event.
