Turkish towels are traditionally woven with long white warp yarns, which become the tassels on the towels. Because re-warping a loom is expensive and time-consuming looms are often set up for long, uninterrupted runs producing 5k towels for each warp bolt.  Riviera's custom techniques of post dying, hand sewn pop-poms and black-warp looms that have been specially designed for fast bolt switching, allow us to design Turkish towels with custom color tassels in smaller production runs.
